The following are used to add custom question type.
| type | description |
|---|---|
| text | Text based questions. |
| radio | Used for multiple choices but allows only one selection. |
| drop_down | Used for multiple choices but allows only one selection. |
| checkbox | Used for multiple choices and allows to multiple selections. |
